It is very imp for human beings to know about merits and demerits of mental health. Mental health is like a soul stone ( from avengers infinity war ) which is most imp for a person. Mental health helps a person to do any kind of physical work but sometimes we neglect/ignore our mental health which leads to gaining stress and sometimes even to the consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, and then we move to depression and so on... according to the facts,India is one of the most depressed countries of the world. The question arises,why are weatherperson list of depression ?? . The reason is simple we start overthinking , and run after money and become selfish, and most importantly we take a lot of emotional stress.Sometimes in order to get settle for our future life we forget living in our present life .



Even i am also suffering from mental issue in last couple of months but i can recovered my self with so many things



I would love to share some ways that help in overcoming stress i.e.meditation, whenever you feel depressed you should try to listen to your favorite music and start conversation with your closed ones be it family, friends or neighbor. I also think that less interaction and attention can depress anyone so if you don’t love anyone else's company , it's time for you to enjoy your own company and start talking with yourself and try to stop overthinking because remember you can only handle yourself and not anyone else in any situation.
